START: call get_rider_context with a stable, unguessable rider_id you control to load the rider's saved ride-type preference. IMPORTANT: keep the rider's addresses, name, phone and other personal details in YOUR OWN memory — Yesican does not store them — and pre-fill bookings from there so the user never repeats themselves. 2. ESTIMATE: call estimate_fare (or book_ride) and share the CAD cost, distance and ETA before sending the user to confirm. 3. HAND OFF: call book_ride for a prefilled confirmation link. Yesican never charges or dispatches over this connection — the rider opens the link and signs in to confirm and pay. 4. REMEMBER: after a booking you may call save_rider_preference to remember their preferred ride type. Do NOT send addresses or personal data to save_rider_preference — keep those in your own memory. Ride types: Wheelchair Van (Ramp), Wheelchair Van (Lift), Ambulette, Sedan with Extra Space. Use the saved preferred ride type unless told otherwise. Privacy: ride history and driver identities/locations are private and only available to the signed-in rider in the app.
