Server instructions

Authenticated VisIQ product server. Provide a management-audience VisIQ API key as `Authorization: Bearer <key>` (obtain one via the dashboard or the agent_auth device flow at https://visiqlabs.com/auth.md, request `"requested_key_type": "management"`). Tools let you view and author governance rules, register and manage agents across frameworks, read decision outcomes and audit logs, inspect action schemas, respond to human-in-the-loop approvals, and tune settings. Every tool enforces the same RBAC permissions as the web app; a tool you lack permission for returns an error. Start with `whoami` to see the permissions your key holds. To revoke the key you are using, call `revoke_self`: it needs no permission and is irreversible, so make it your final call with that key.

Known tools 26

whoami

Return the vendor, role and effective permissions of the management key you authenticated with, exactly as every other tool resolves them.

Inferred read-only
describe_chat

Discover the in-product AI chat surface: which chat_* tools exist, how to read the NlChatResult widgets (previews/final/clarify/navigate), and the catalog of pages a navigation proposal can point at.

Inferred read-only
list_rules

List the tenant's unified governance rules (action and retrieval), paginated.

Inferred read-only
get_rule

Fetch a single governance rule (action or retrieval) by id, including its Rego and applies_to facets.

Inferred read-only
create_rule

Create a governance rule.

Potential side effects
update_rule

Update an existing governance rule.

Potential side effects
delete_rule

Delete a governance rule by id.

Potential side effects

List the tenant's retrieval-governance rules only, paginated.

Inferred read-only
create_recall_rule

Create a retrieval-governance rule, authored in Rego (the retrieval facet is set for you).

Potential side effects
list_agents

List the tenant's registered AI agents (across all connected frameworks) with governance metadata.

Inferred read-only
get_agent

Fetch a single agent by id with its full governance profile.

Inferred read-only
register_agent

Register/connect an AI agent from a supported framework (LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, LlamaIndex, Vercel AI SDK, Mastra, VoltAgent, Semantic Kernel, Pydantic AI, OpenClaw, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Google ADK, Strands Agents, …).
