Read-only lookups over the wine data published at vinsip.app: regulated figures with their primary sources, purchase rules by country, wine regions, and venue directory coverage. Four things to carry into an answer: every figure comes with the body that published it and the page that explains it, and both are worth quoting; duty regimes are charged on different bases, so a single "duty per bottle" number is wrong for at least two countries; venue coverage is a count of what this site has indexed, never of what exists, and the listings themselves are not redistributed. And: This data describes wine as a category — what it is taxed, what a label must say, what a region grows. It cannot tell you whether a particular bottle is good, sound or genuine: those are properties of the liquid, and no dataset holds them.
