Due diligence on Lithuanian legal entities: profile and management, participants, beneficial owners, real property, seizure acts and court cases. Every answer is provided as a legal service by a certified Lithuanian attorney-at-law (advokatas), who legally attests its provenance and integrity. On supported tools, set interpret to true to add the standardized legal interpretation of the answer. Every tool takes a Lithuanian legal-entity code. Calls are billed per answer; a no-data answer is not billed. Beneficial-owner data requires a purpose, which is logged.

Qualified electronic signing of Lithuanian documents. Find a document in the workspace vault, request signatures from one or more people, then track the ceremony to completion. Signers receive a link and sign with their eID (LT ATK over NFC in the Tvarka Sign app, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID); a signature is always a human act, so no tool here signs anything. Signatures are billed per signature to the workspace. Use list_documents to find a documentId, request_signatures to start, and get_signing to follow it.
