Anonymous access covers search_listings and get_listing. Acting for a signed-in user (semantic_search, messaging, and creating/managing listings) needs authorization: prefer OAuth 2.1 "Connect with Teppek" (this server advertises RFC 8414 metadata and dynamic client registration), or pass a per-user tk_live_ key in the X-Agent-Key header. A gated tool called without auth returns an AUTH_REQUIRED envelope carrying authorize_url and guide_url. Before create_listing, call get_entitlements to check the credit balance and remaining listing slots; when the limit is reached it returns a pay_url.
