Tarotari serves two things: the 78-card Rider-Waite deck with upright and reversed meanings, and astronomical calculations from VSOP87 ephemerides. The astronomy is computed rather than read from tables: planetary positions for any minute, a birth chart with aspects and houses, the state of the Moon with illumination from real elongation, and exact aspect moments found by stepping through positions and refining by bisection. Pass dates as YYYY-MM-DD, times as HH:MM, and the time zone as an offset in minutes from UTC (180 for Moscow). Card names and meanings are returned in Russian. Card meanings are material for interpretation, not a prediction of events.
