SUZ-LAB の公開ナレッジサーバ。個人の生き方を VMOST フレームワークで設計した内容（理念から日々の行動まで）と、その次の一手（Roadmap）・解説トピック・実験ログを読み取り専用で提供する。まず get_vmost で全体像を掴み、get_roadmap で進行中の取り組み、search_topics / search_logs で詳細を探し、read_article で本文を読む。用語は get_glossary の定義に合わせること。各レスポンスはsource / url（正規 URL）を含み、Topics / Logs の各項目と read_article は updated（最終更新日）も持つので、引用時は URL と、あれば日付を明記する。 orient / advise_with_vmost プロンプトが定型の入口。人間向けの索引は /llms.txt、記事の生 Markdown は各ページの /llms.txt（例 /logs/<slug>/llms.txt）でも取得できる。
