Anchor creates and manages QR codes. When unsure what is supported, call get_capabilities first. Use create_qr_code with `content` for structured QR (wifi, vcard, email, sms, tel, geo, calendar); use create_qr_batch for campaigns. For a center logo, call upload_logo (saves it to the workspace library and returns a logoAssetId), then pass that as design.logoAssetId on create_qr_code / create_qr_batch — one upload brands a whole campaign. Renders in SVG/PNG/PDF. update_qr_destination changes where an already-printed QR points for everyone, and archive_qr_code is not reversible via the API — confirm with the user before calling either. Never reveal API keys; WiFi passwords are redacted in tool text output by design.
Known tools 30
searchUse this when a user wants to search the connected QR code source by URL, name, slug, or checksum.
Inferred read-onlyfetchUse this when a search result id needs to be fetched from the connected QR code source.
Inferred read-onlyprepare_qr_for_imageUse this when a user asks to insert, place, embed, or compose a QR code into an image or generated artwork.
Potential side effectscreate_qr_codeUse this when the user wants to create, generate, or make a new QR code.
Potential side effectsreserve_qr_for_generationUse this FIRST when generating an AI image that must CONTAIN a working QR (native-first).
Inferred read-onlyverify_and_activate_qrUse this AFTER generating an image for a reservation from reserve_qr_for_generation.
Inferred read-onlylist_templatesUse this to see the layout templates and their named slots before composing.
Inferred read-onlysave_assetUse this to store a reusable brand asset (logo, brand mark, product image) so it can be composited PIXEL-ACCURATE into AI-generated images later — AI image models only approximate your real logo, this keeps the exact original.
Inferred read-onlycompose_from_templateUse this to composite bound assets into a layout template's slots (pixel-accurate) and decode-verify any QR slot.
Inferred read-onlycreate_qr_batchUse this when the user wants to create many QR codes at once (a campaign, a list of store/menu URLs, an event).
Potential side effectsimport_qr_csvUse this when the user provides a CSV (a spreadsheet export, a pasted table) of QR codes to create.
Potential side effectsdelete_logoUse this to remove a logo from the workspace's library by `logoAssetId`.
Potential side effectsrender_qr_codeUse this when the user wants to re-render, export, or download a stored QR code as SVG, PNG, or PDF.
Inferred read-onlyget_qr_specUse this when the user or a developer wants the reproducible JSON spec or a code snippet for a QR code.
Inferred read-onlyupdate_qr_destinationUpdate the destination URL of a dynamic QR code without changing the rendered QR image.
Potential side effectsset_qr_routingUse this when a dynamic QR should send different people to different URLs — by device (e.g.
Potential side effectscreate_app_linkUse this for a single QR that opens a mobile app and sends iOS, Android, and desktop scanners to different URLs — an app deep-link / universal-link QR with platform sniffing.
Inferred read-onlyarchive_qr_codeUse this when the user wants to deactivate, retire, or remove a QR code, or to free up free-plan QR quota.
Potential side effectslist_qr_codesUse this when the user wants to see, browse, or list the QR codes in their workspace.
Inferred read-onlycompose_qr_overlayUse this when placing a verified QR into AI-generated artwork or an image — returns deterministic instructions that design the QR's home INTO the generated scene (so it looks designed-in, not pasted on) while keeping it scannable.
Inferred read-onlycomposite_qr_into_imageUse this AFTER generating a base image from a compose_qr_overlay instruction — this is the default finishing step.
Inferred read-onlycompose_qr_poster_svgUse this when the user wants a DESIGNED poster/flyer/card with their QR code and a flat/graphic (non-photographic) look.
Inferred read-onlyinject_qr_into_svgUse this AFTER authoring your own SVG poster per the qrcoding-poster-designer skill.
Inferred read-onlyvalidate_qr_scanabilityUse this when the user wants to check whether a QR code will scan reliably.
Inferred read-onlyget_qr_analyticsUse this when the user wants the scan count or last scan time for one QR code or the whole workspace.
Inferred read-onlyget_qr_analytics_detailUse this when the user wants a breakdown of scans — a daily time-series, device split (mobile/tablet/desktop/bot), OS split (ios/android/other), browser family (Chrome/Safari/…), top countries, or top referrer domains — for one QR code or the whole workspace.
Inferred read-onlyget_account_statusUse this when the user asks about their plan, billing tier, usage, or remaining QR quota.
