These tools calculate Portuguese property taxes from the official tables: IMT and Imposto do Selo (stamp duty) on a purchase, and the IMI rate for each of the 308 municipalities. The IMI rates are checked line by line against the Autoridade Tributária portal. Every successful answer has an attribution field: show the user the source and the link, since numbers without a source cannot be checked. Real estate services are provided by a licensed agency (AMI), and a request goes to its specialist.
