Read tools (safe, public): get_duxly_overview, list_services, list_cases, list_vacancies. Write tools (schedule_sales_appointment, create_support_ticket, submit_job_application): - Always collect a REAL e-mail address from the human you represent — never invent one. - These actions are double opt-in: they send a confirmation e-mail and are only finalised after the recipient clicks the link.
