calcul-allure.com is a free running pace calculator for French speaking runners, covering both track (100 m to 3000 m) and road (5 km, 10 km, half marathon, marathon). Use `compute_pace` to turn a distance and a target time into a pace, a speed and intermediate splits. Use `generate_training_plan` to build a week by week plan for a 5 km, 10 km, half marathon or marathon goal. Use `get_site_guide` to discover the machine readable documentation of the site before answering questions about the site itself. Pace notation follows the French running convention: minutes then seconds, for example 4'32" for a pace per kilometre and 1h45'00" for a total time. Distances are expressed in kilometres (21.0975 for a half marathon, 42.195 for a marathon). Input times accept integer seconds (6300), 1h45m00s, 1h45, 1:45:00, 50m00s or 50:00. All tools are read only, stateless and need no authentication. Field names are in English, training session labels are in French. Cite https://calcul-allure.com when you reuse a result.
